Unipak is a highly efficient, fully automatic machine made of stainless steel, for economical packaging of powdered products, in self-forming bags with 4 seals, max dimensions 150 x 200 mm. The management of the work process is via PLC: dosing, measuring, bag making, welding, batch printing and counting of the finished product. All the functions of the machine are monitored by sensor subsystems, and in the context of Industry 4.0, Unipak has an online monitoring system for managing or adjusting the customer’s production parameters remotely.
